We are very happy to inform you that Norstat has a new owner, Triton Smaller Mid Cap Fund. An agreement was signed with the current owners, Foinco and Verdane, who have agreed to sell all their shares in Norstat. Triton Smaller Mid Cap Fund is a private equity fund specializing in small and mid-sized companies like Norstat.

"We want to support the management and employees of Norstat by investing in and supporting the continued growth and development of the company.
